I.S Electrical is a family run business through and through,because of this we have a great belief in striving to make sure every customer feels important. 

Starting in 2011 we found that a lot of customers would say to us that trades people are often unreliable, unprofessional and sometimes even rude.  Therefore we took this as something were not and endeavoured to make sure of this, which can be seen in our logo which has Friendly, Reliable, and Professional underneath it as it means a lot to us. Due to this, we have built up a good customer base causing frequent repeat business. 

Here at I.S Electrical we understand that piece of mind is important to our customers especially once the job has been completed.  To support this, we make sure we are accredited to the best organisations which is monitored by our annual audit.  This ensures we are up to date and that we maintain a high standard of work throughout, to give the customer piece of mind that their job has been completed correctly and to a high standard.

We are a fully NICEIC approved contractor which is the most recognisable approved contractor scheme around. 

We are a full Trust Mark Member, part of the Electrical Safety Register and the Competent Person Scheme.

As a local business to Ipswich we strongly believe that it is important to give back to the local community, therefore we are proud to be linked to two local sports clubs promoting great things for young people by providing sponsorship to buy training equipment and subsidising competitions.
